Led by Jim Girardin Jr., with Rich Russell advancing soil health and SoilBuilder Cover Crop, Logan Girardin serving retail customers, and Deb Girardin overseeing marketing and HR—plus our Office & Accounts trio and a powerhouse Warehouse & Transportation crew—we handle everything from seed conditioning and treating to packaging and delivery. Rich Russell is the company’s Dealer Sales Agronomist calling on dealers across the Arrow Seed territory. Rich has a special interest in soil health and spearheads the Arrow Seed SoilBuilder Cover Crop line. Rich joined the Arrow Seed team at the end of 2007.

Production & Inside Sales. Logan takes the reins on the seed production side-from small grains to native grasses. He helps support the dealer network and also helps in the retail store as needed. Logan is the 4th generation family seedsman and joined Arrow Seed full time in March of 2015.

Born and raised in Valentine, NE, Jason graduated from Valentine High School in 2009. Graduating with a degree in Agronomy from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013 Jason moved back to the Valentine area to work on the family farm and ranch and did crop scouting also. In 2019, he began working for a local, independent seed dealer, where he learned the ins and outs of the seed business. Jason joined the Arrow Seed team in the spring of 2025. He also helps run a small yearling operation in his free time.

Office and Accounts These are the ladies that you’ll be talking to when calling our Broken Bow location. They also handle our accounts receivable, payable and any other needs or concerns from retail and dealer accounts. With the combined experience from this team they are sure to get the job done: Jenn & Julie.
Warehouse and Transportation team This is the warehouse and distribution team that gets the work done! Doing all the heavy lifting including seed conditioning and packaging, seed treating, blending, palletizing, loading and unloading, equipment and vehicle maintenance plus anything else they are asked to do!
